The chief GAIA problem , as I see it, is that of humankind survival. Its solving associates - in the great majority of humans' brains - with the specific self-discipline. Besides one must to do much moral and social duty. All that is to be connected with a not too much attractive psychic tension. And this is a supplementary and not easy task for him, who is planning the general salvation.  The aspect of charisma is very important in social psychology.  Somebody ( e.g. such as Max Weber) suggests it is one from the main influential forces in society, ergo one may be more successful in social activity, while having an appropriate care about needed attractiveness of the proposed ideas and protagonists of corresponding events, if using imagery is allowed here.  Perhaps in this statement there is a fraction of exaggeration, but nevertheless we have to control these really -despite all objections - very serious aspects of our activity.

So, in a case we have lots of proposed by us tensions that are the results of our highly intelligent discourse, the successful creating of insuperable obstacles is evident.

GAIA is hyperpersonality! The whole joint multitude of humans has properties that are the same ones as by a single individuals. Therefore we could apply the approach of carrying over the results of research.  Below I investigate the problem that is   preliminary with respect to the posed above - it's a problem of two human wills, a will-overcoming and will-passionate-desire, and that of Self- governing.

The actual Self-governing begins from the putting the will-as-self-overcoming into much wider space of will-volition (or passionate desire). Mechanism of will-power then functions rightly, that is, accordingly to the nature of such event as human life. Indeed, the phenomenon of Self-overcoming we never meet anywhere ( in animate nature) but amongst us. Only our ability to cherish social intentions and deeds, while remembering mainly a far and very often vainglorious goal, may produce an unimaginable in case of animals property - to do something against own volition, clam own actual wish and barter it for the almost always wrongly calculated act. Such unnatural behavior they call an intelligent one.

The proud with will-power is a result of a very important blunder that committed successively many generations. Unfortunately, this process continues. And despite the pitiful results in the combining of the evidently needed (skill) and surely inevitable (intimate desire to be free from the undesirable).  Line of work for a grassroots is a string of alienation. At random used will-power violates the volition, desire, wish that being granted becomes the only healthy origin of necessary dizziness -- a human creature must be 'drunk', but not blind or dead drunk, he has to be 'intoxicated' up to the opposite state desintoxication in order to become 'insightfully and vigilantly and sharp-sightedly drunk'.

It is possible, so to reorganize the internal life of an individual that he in majority of cases will put his social intention and desire into basin of actualized physiological intention or desire of high moral level. All the point is in skill of seeking of attractiveness in every 'cold' necessity, stressed and underlined by conscience and as a rule not becoming aware in form of the immediately and vegetatively most optimal reality. On the contrary, the live core of somebody, who is experiencing a social desire, realizes at the same time somewhat more desirable.

It's easy to imagine that one must switch around these two necessities. And to calmly bear in himself the doubleness of attention, that corresponds to the natural impossibility to not observe himself as if from apart, to have as if detached view of himself.

An opportunity of coincidence of both the social and the physiological happens by chance and in addition to that exceptionally seldom in regular life. We mostly 'must' instead of 'passionately wish'. And therefore by the majority of human there is even no suspicion about reorganizing of internal life in a way this coincidence was easy created by the own skill of "user of own organic apparatus"

Any one while structuring the future deed, behavior, activity or event may acquire the technique of specific choice of (micro-) priorities and accumulation of their critical mass. One must turn around and around an imagined future act or, better by far, the littlest components of this act to be inevitably realized as being moral obligation.
